Walmart has the Charmin Ultra Soft 18 Mega Roll (72 roll equivalent) for $18.77.
I ordered 2 of them this morning and they were delivered today for free.
(I don't have walmart +)
Came up as $37.54 total delivered (no sales tax here).

They changed something with these rolls. The new ones are awful and not worth a premium anymore. Significantly worse than the ultra strong ones.

While some cities with state, county and city sales tax can be over 10%, no sales tax would be nice. Delaware and Oregon were the only two places I have been without sales tax, but they tend to make it up elsewhere.

Although Walmart has a $35 minimum for free shipping without Walmart+, I have never had a problem reaching that threshold. Amazon's $25 minimum is not bad, but they also move you to the back of the line for delivery time, where Walmart is always faster.

Ordered two a week back when they were front page! THESE SUCK! Nothing like the quality of costco! The roll width itself is at least an inch shorter and the quality of the TP is horrible. Paper thin! Living with two girls, they are refusing to use this product!!! Back to Costco for the good stuff!!!
