the only thing wyze v3 has going for it is the water resistant, but that becomes irrelevant if the camera can not perform as expected.
Eufy 2K cam is so much better.

You get grandfathered into Wyze person detection not the Plus service, and only for the V2, V3 you have to pay. That was a really shit move on their part, made me cancel my 4 V3 preorders and look elsewhere.
I've had 10 Wyze V2 cams. 1 out right died, 2 the sensors are going white are pink/purple now with blurry edges, 4 corrupted the memory cards after a FW update causing me to pull them down and reformat in my PC. They were great when they came out, Wyze has fallen behind though... while the water resistance is nice on the new ones, I have mine in covered areas anyway so it's not a big deal. Color night time sensor is nice, but the IR lights on Eufy are already far better than V2 and where I need more light at night, I use an IR floodlight.
Picked up 1 Samsung PRO Endurance 128GB for $20 around christmas time but is now $30 a card and need 2 for my kit.
Also Don't count on anker delivering any of their promises when buying BTW, window 10 app was promised years ago and still does not exist
Edit: sure enough in questions section Eufy responded 4 months ago that home base support is coming in "the future"
I have three eufy indoor cams with cheap SD card inserted, and am considering wireless cams (which have to have home base).

i bought the 32gb version of these sd cards but i have no complaints with them. I dont have continuous recording on my two of these cameras but the card itself is working fine for my needs.

I have a pan and tilt for my living/dining to span back and forth while the regular is in the corner of my kitchen.

This is incorrect. You can put in a Micro SD card and get continuous recording. The cloud clip storage is the component with a 5 minute cooldown, not the MSD recording. The CamPlus gives continuous recording to the cloud without cooldown and person detection for I think 2 bucks a month, which if you don't want to use a MSD is your option. Eufy doesn't offer any cloud clip storage without pay, so even at a 5 minute cooldown on the free tier Wyze still beats Eufy.
Eufy charges 3 bucks a month for 30 day cloud clip storage to a single camera. That means for 6 bucks a month you could have 3 Wyze V3's on CamPlus with a much better picture and a lower purchase price compared to only 2 Eufy 2k cams.
once you disconnect / it has a connection issue, good luck getting it to pair again
