There arent many competent/up to date cases that take 5.25" anymore. But for the decently high end ones its mainly between the Phanteks Enthoo/Pro, and the Corsair Obsidian series. Most are 2014 vintage and definitely wont have USB-C.

I use my front panels for the fan control breakout panel from my asus motherboard and for hot swapping two 2.5" drives.
We have a Ethoo Pro M and a Corsair 110R in use because they both had a 5.25 bay, with the latter being cheaper yet complete serviceable as far as cooling and features.

I own this case. It is a very nice case especially at $40. I haven't gotten my rebate back yet, but it keeps my 3080 nice and chilly. If you want a sleek, understated case with plenty of flow this is it. Highly recommended.

As noted there is no built in fan controller or 5.25, but I wouldn't let that stop me here.

You must be a Star Wars fan because with a 3080 in this case, all I could think of was, "She may not look like much, but she's got it where it counts, kid."

Don't get me wrong, Antec makes a solid case, but seriously. . .This is a budget case lacking several nice to haves, such as USB 3.1 C, and having to deal with a large rebate to really get any decent savings.

Anyone know the model of those fans? Are they the silent type or performance type?

Posting from one right now, it's been solid for a decade at least. Had a couple different builds in it, but why change it up if it works?

Wait a minute, THAT'S what I have, not the P100. It is a great case, but it doesn't fit my computer desk by about 2" in height (there's a shelf that I have to remove to make it fit, and the shelf is useful). I should see if someone wants to buy the thing already.

Where can you find the adapters you mentioned?

I use USB plug in. Nobody use CD ROM anymore.

LibreDrive + UHD Blu-rays to feed my Plex Server is one of many reasons..

I use an 5.25" Icy Dock 2.5" (x4) bay. I like being able to boot an entirely different computer (a clean win 10, Linux, etc) easily. And don't need another box
Ive been looking for one of those but theyre criminally expensive for whats essentially four SATA ports taped in place. Still rocking my FAR Ultra 5.25" (x2+USB 3.0x2)

This looks like a good deal, but the case has extremely restrictive airflow. the front only seems to allow air in from a very small space on the bottom front of the machine. despite the 3 fans on the front, I doubt they are going to operate efficiently in cooling a machine. top and rear exhaust are seemingly unrestricted, but the intake is extremely restricted. wish they'd just made the front mesh.

Uh hello Phanteks Enthoo Pro M?? More budget than "high end".

I dont pay more than $100 for cases, lol. High-end for me is based on cost, not feature set, especially considering that most case features these days are based on vanity...and in terms of air flow...you literally pay more for the privilege for having less case LMAO
