Thanks, that's good to know. I've dealt with T-Force many times

Both are easily addressable though. In the past it was virtually impossible to get a Tmobile phone unlocked if it was not bought from them direclty. That seems to have changed now.
Regarding the bloat, there are ways to flash unlocked FW on these devices to remove the bloat and the the Tmobile boot screen. This does not unlock your phone though.
Also, some people actually prefer carrier FW. You will get updates faster than the unlocked version since the unlocked versions need each carrier approval before they get their updates. Note that this only applies to feature updates. Normal security updates are usually faster on unlocked phones. Also, some features such as Visual Voicemail only work on carrier FW.
Source: I have had Samsung phone for 3 generations now, Note8, S10+ and Note20U. All were unlocked bought directly from Samsung used on T-Mobile. I have been following their respective reddit communities for years.
Thank you!

I thought the Samsung US Snapdragon variants can't be bootloader unlocked and hence can't remove the bloat?
The differences on the S21+ are:
- integrated 5G modem with the CPU which saves power.
- bigger battery.
- flat screen (a big plus to me).
- no SD slot.
- 1080P screen with variable refresh rate (save power too).
- less RAM: 8GB (vs 12GB in S20+)
Do you have to spend all the reward money at the same time?
