I've tried chatting twice, and both times, they point me to how to cancel it online (the Cancel button is still available on mine). I start with saying I am thinking of cancelling because it doesn't have features I currently have on my phone. Then I ask if I should just refuse delivery. No go - two agents, hours apart just pointed me to canceling online. LOL - maybe the agents in India are all sitting in the same area and discussing all these cancellation requests.

I'm planning to buy a phone on eBay for trade-in. Can someone please tell me whether Samsung accepts a trade-in phone with a "BAD ESN?" What about if it's co-branded (Boost, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.)? What if the phone I'm trading in has "light screen burn in?" A lot of eBay listings seem to say that. Will Samsung accept the trade? I've never traded in with Samsung before.

Did you get 10% back based on the amount you paid before tax (after trade in, referral, coupon code) or the full price of the phone?

Smilie Sorry, just want to be clear.

So you get 10% back of $128 (your subtotal before tax), which is $12.80, right?

yea, that makes sense then. dont they lock you in via bill credit for 2 years? I personally switched to prepaid a few years ago and never went back to postpaid. They charge like $10-$20 per month in surcharges on postpaid which you dont pay on prepaid. Thats atleast $240 over 2 years.
My taxes and fees are around $6 on AT&T. I'm sure it varies state by state but $10 - $20 seems like an exaggeration. I do have to say that when international phone plan was added to the account for a few months the $15/month add-on turned into about $20 after taxes. I guess it depends on the type of service on the plan.

I just switched from an old unlimited plan to a new one so don't know exactly how much taxes will go up but based on my math it should still be < $9 in taxes and fees.

I'm happy with the price for the level of service I'm getting so I don't care if I'm stuck with them for another 30 months, don't plan on switching anyway.

I have 3 lines, t-mobile postpaid was $105 before tax and $130 after couple years ago.

I made an order on 01/15 for a black 256GB S21 Ultra. Until now, the "Cancel" button is still available and the expected date is still 01/29, but the pending charge is no longer on my credit card. Is that normal? Thanks.
