So I am the only one who doesn't use screen protectors? Isn't the whole point of GG Victus that it is scratch resistant?
Its not, plenty of videos on Youtube showing that it can easily scratch

The battery *quality* has zero impact on battery life for a new phone (like the s21 models being reviewed now). As the phone ages the max capacity may reduce more quickly over time with a lower quality battery.

When you first turn on a new phone with a fresh 4000 mah battery 4000 mah is 4000 mah.
Not true at all. There are many, many suppliers of lithium ion batteries. Not all are good and very few actually live up to capacity and life cycle specs. A cheap battery could easily do what the Note 7 did.

If you specifically need a glass protector, check the Techmatte deal recently posted.

I personally dont like the glass protectors since they are thicker than film or TPU protectors which makes them standout. The added thickness and glue residue also is a dust magnet and requires regular cleaning. Glass protectors also sometimes reflect light in a weird way creating a somewhat mirror effect which I dont like.

Also, for me, I am not sure how much better the glass feels compared to plastic protectors. I tried them out next to each other and didn't feel much of a difference. Of course, the glass protectors will protect your screen not only from scratches but also drops.
I used IQshield on my s10+ and at first I hated them...didn't feel as smooth. But I have dropped my phone at least a dozen times...and I know the case and the ridges have a lot to do with it, but all has always been well.

I also read some of the glass protectors screw up the fingerprint reader too.

And sometimes issues with sensitivity too since they are not as flexible as a film and depend on equal distribution of the glue. So you really need make sure that you take your time with installing a glass protector.

Also, the one with my S10+ that came preinstalled was pretty great. Felt smooth, covered the whole screen and was very thin so barely noticeable. But in 1 year it was covered with big and small scratches. The best replacement I have found so far is the amFilm elastic protector. Ordered it for S21 Ultra as well.

The ones that are getting the 10%, what are you telling to the reps? Are you asking for some discount or the reps are offering after you ask to cancel the order

should I do this deal or the verizon 600 +300 (but in bill credits).
Verizon was doing more. I got $800 for my S7 + $300. Take it all the way to payment page and you may see a higher value.

You can get glass screen protectors with UV/Loca glue for $4 from ali or ebay that will work flawlessly with the FP sensor, long shipping though. I dont see why you wouldnt have one at that cost. AMfilm was $20 for 2 and a jig and warranty, not terrible either.

However if the choices were no protector or paying $80 for a whitestone dome, yeah, I wouldnt use one either. Ive dropped my cased (cheap thin TPU+PC) S20 with no protector several times, since I screwed up installation and never got around to it again, not on rocks or concrete and its been fine, but I would hate to spend $200+ on a new screen for an issue I can prevent for $4

I have spent way too much money at Samsung this month.

Got another unlocked 512 GB S21 Ultra at 50% off using an insights code and small edu discount for $655.50

75' Frame 4K tv for $1,400 after edu discount and $250 promo for preorder
75' white frame bezel for $80 after edu discount (both can be returned with 100 days if not satisficed)
HW-Q70T 3.1.2ch Soundbar w/ Dolby Atmos / DTS:X (2020) for $342 after bundle discount

10% CB site and hopefully wow points

Might try the cancel trick since this is a new account.

Just got shipping notification and did a chat with Samsung rep to process my 10% discount. Hoping to get the money back in few days.
How did you asked for it? I tried two times and none of the reps offered me this option
