For the price ($54 with the 10% discount mentioned above) I'm a happy with them, although they aren't prefect. Padding is OK at best - I suspect I'll probably end up swapping the inner-sole for one with a bit more cushion before too long.
The laces are a little odd. The metal lugs seem to hold the laces a little differently to other shoes/boots I've owned, which makes it more difficult to get them done up evenly across the entire shoe. I've had to re-tie them due to the being either too lose or too tight more than any other shoe I've ever owned.
The return process was insane - took them almost 6 weeks to process the return, although they did give me a "courtesy credit" after ~4 weeks when I complained. (At the time I ordered these were NOT marked as no-return as they are now).
I prefer this color. It was $63 after VIPeak 10% back.
