Interesting.

It comes up as $431.19 for me and they force you to subscribe to onsite service and tech support.

Pisses me off.

UPDATE: I figured out how to switch to basic support which got it down to $426.30 and eliminated the subscription.... the option is hard to know about & find if you don't know about it. Before you click 'Get This Deal', scroll down and select '1 Year Hardware Service with Onsite/In-Home Service After Remote Diagnosis'.

Bought one.

Can you say how you did it? I'm needing a basic desktop with a decent processor. I like the 500gb ssd, too.

It would be better with Windows 10 Pro (Security Data) than Home but these are not business systems. OP price seems good just they need to give users 16GB default instead of 8 GB.

This is a great deal. Easy and inexpensive to add more RAM.

No because of the low wattage proprietary 200W PSU.

The Dell Winter Sales Event ends at 8:00AM EST. So if you need a PC now the Dell G5 is a decent deal https://slickdeals.net/f/14769583-dell-g5-gaming-desktop-638-i5-10400f-nvidia-geforce-gtx-1650-super-8gb-ddr4-ram-256gb-m-2-pcie-nvme-ssd-killer-wifi-6-win-10-home

Otherwise, if you want a killer deal like the https://slickdeals.net/f/14771809-alive-again-dell-xps-desktop-i5-10400-6gb-gtx-1660-super-256gb-ssd-8gb-win-10-590-free-s-h you may have to wait for the next Dell Sales Event.

Good deal if you don't plan on a gpu. I just built a system like this for about $500. Intel i5 10400, 16 gb ram, Samsung 970 EVO 500 gb NVMe. 3 extra case fans, WiFi/BT, and Corsair 500w PSU. Got an old GTX 780Ti in it until video card prices settle down a bit. May cost a bit more to build but have room to upgrade down the road with 2 extra open ram slots and extra PSU overhead for a better gpu.
