I have a single arm VIVO that has worked well. Design looks nearly identical (if I were to guess, they are made in the same factory). I'm looking to upgrade to a 2 monitor setup so very interested to hear if anyone has this brand.

I have the Vivo dual monitor mount and it's great. Cheaper than this one too
I had this one. Giving you some advice based on my experience. The 80 one I bought it on sale at 54. It did a great job. But it doesn't let you put monitors vertical. And you can't put the arm close to wall. You need to save some clearance to let the arm move around. There are some goods and bads. But I'm getting the one that's on sale cause I want to do vertical and I want to put it close to wall.
I'm really interested in this but don't know what to look for in a monitor stand outside size compatibility. Is there anything I should be aware of?
Make sure your monitor has VESA mount (the 4 screw mounting points on the back) compatibility and at what size. I believe there's 120mm and 75mm. Seems as long as your monitor falls into the weight range of the arm you're good. But, for example, I have a monitor with a recessed 75mm VESA mount...so the arms that only have a universal mount plate that has holes for 75mm but is actually 120mm in size won't work.
I have a two monitor holder similar to this. These are much better than standing monitors on a desk and especially useful if you live in earthquake prone areas.

Anyone owns it can comment? same brand also has the one with holding laptop and is the newer model. any thoughts?
I would suggest you to read the reviews by users as they have mentioned some of the flaws and limitations and see if those are going to be a concern for you and decide if you want buy or not. For me the biggest issue is my desk doesn't have much depth(distance) from front end of the my desk to the back end and the arm that's attached to the back of the monitor is longer than the depth of the desk so that the monitor will be right in front of my face and I will not have safe distance from my face. So I am passing on this.
