I went to the same corporate store and got 2 N10 and 2 N100 for $100. The guy tried to lie to me that I need pay $120 and set up auto pay to get the $100/4 lines deal and I said that was not correct. The guy just said "ohh, you know everything and you are like a boss" and proceeded with $100 cash.
I ported 2 numbers.

Funny thing: my friend went to the same exact store and the store not only said $120 with auto pay is required and that my friend could only get 2 N10 and 2 samsung A21, not 2 N100. My friend left with empty hands.
These stores are like shit.

Thanks OP! I was able to grab 2 VOIP numbers this morning from Anveo and had phones in hand with two hours!! 2 for $90, I think the extra $10 is insurance on them. Was in a rush to get out so didn't ask about it.

I did my exchange 5 day after purchase but the receipt stated 14 days. Stores can not give you problems when their terms or printed on the receipt, if the do or should fight it.

Went to store today, it is my 13 days after purchase. Switched from Moto G Stylus to N10. Smooth transaction. Thanks for your info.
No luck for exchanging phones in CA corporate store.

The guy said their policy was changed last year. There is no exchange for port-in & get new phone promotion. Return only within 14 days.

I checked my receipt and only saw terms for "Return".

Some of these stores are so scummy. I just got back from going to a CS store in nyc, literally nobody inside except 4 or 5 workers all on their phones, told the person I want the 4 plan for $100, and was told that my numbers had to be under my name. She then went to the back to check, laughed coming out the room and told me that since my port ins are from sprint and since t mobile owns sprint the numbers are not eligible for the rebate deal. Wasn't gonna argue when it was a ghost town there and left, now i know why.

Got like 3-4 other CS stores around me that I can try tmr.

Can I get this deal if I'm already a metro customer? How much personal info do they collect in store? SSN? Photo ID? Can I use my middle name and work address? Any idea? Do they ask you to assign names to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th lines?

The exchange policy did change. If you exchange devices, the old promotion doesn't apply any more and you have to find current promotions. For those who exchanged successfully, they could use current on-going promotion to get the new phones.
For example, if one person did get 2 moto g stylus on port-in lines and 2 samsung A21 on two new lines, he can exchange the 2 moto g stylus on the two port-in lines for N10 because the current promotion allows that.
If one person got 4 moto g stylus on two port-in lines and two new lines, he can not exchange two moto g stylus for N10 because the free moto g stylus promotion has ended and he can not keep two moto g stylus and exchange 2 for two N10. He can exchange 4 moto g stylus for 2 N10 and 2 other free phones though.

I was ready to pay 79.90 plus tax for moto g stylus in the store. But the rep went through the process and said only 9.90 plus tax was needed. I agree Moto stylus seems better than n100, and also better than lg stylus one.
I guess you got an open box moto g stylus which was returned by other customers like those who exchanged for N10 and that's why you got further discount on it. Otherwise, moto g stylus should be $49.99 on new lines with ID verification with $190 discount.

which number? I got the 2 numbers off ebay and some members bought it from the same place, the reviews even mentioned that it worked for them. I think it may have been because they said the 4 plan was 120$ and got ticked off when i told her it said $100 online, place looked ghetto and had no signs outside. i should of checked yelp b4 going, turned out it had 1-2 stars.

No SSN, just a valid id needed for the address
Edit: depends on existing customer definition. If you took discounted phones, then they may say not eligible. I think they are desperate to make a sale. I have a metro account for byod $100 / $200 promotion, that did not cause issues

Did you get them for 4 for $100 or 4 for $120. For me they were facing issues 😬 to get 4 for $100. Took $120 and then switched the plan to $100 and they gave $20 credit for next month

to confirm the drawer method, would it be okay that I just put the 4 phones in the drawer after having paid $100 in the store with cash and wait for 6 months to automatically unlock the phones?

is there anything I miss or need do during the meantime? I assume that since the phones use pre-paid service, the service will automatically stop in the 2nd month if I do not pay. Thanks!

Thanks. I have not done any discounted phone deals. What kind of numbers did you port?
