I went to the same corporate store and got 2 N10 and 2 N100 for $100. The guy tried to lie to me that I need pay $120 and set up auto pay to get the $100/4 lines deal and I said that was not correct. The guy just said "ohh, you know everything and you are like a boss" and proceeded with $100 cash.
I ported 2 numbers.

Funny thing: my friend went to the same exact store and the store not only said $120 with auto pay is required and that my friend could only get 2 N10 and 2 samsung A21, not 2 N100. My friend left with empty hands.
These stores are like shit.

Worst experience in omaha I see all stores are authorized and all are owned by same guy

I need phones for sure so I went to authorize store this is how it started

I am with ATT and visible as soon I gave ATT number the other guy in the store was telling to eBay number I am little serious on it so I told show me how you know and I am using this number from 7 months (then he is silent)

They forced me to take $120/4 plan I tried my best they forced me and they added insurance without asking me and Ended up with $144 for 2 lines then I told why should I pay insurance which I don't need he told I will get credit next month $14. I spoke to CS they have no control on the taxes and these is not credit also simply the lied to me .. little uncomfortable that I can't deal how OP suggests

But not other options in omaha to get Frown

Any suggestions
If I were you, I left the store immediately when I heard this sentence and mentioned thanks for your business.

For two lines $144 is too much. If you really need these two phones and okay with this charge, no other options since chat report or CS will refund in credit statement if you request for refund. IMO, you suggest return the device and try other stores near your place. The store guy cheated you without any hesitation. Mad

For the guys with corporate stores far away, are you calling to see if phones are in stock and had success?

I have a line with Google fi and one with total wireless (expiring in 3 days). Will both those work for port in?

Hey Desi, Tux.... I decided to jump in even though I did the stylus deal 4 months ago.

Asked and received the 4/100. 2 N10 and 2 N100. Unbelievably easy. And yes she did check my ID. Ported in 2 cricket numbers. Asked about and declined the insurance. No pressure. She opened all phones to set them up. Took about 40 minutes. Cold hard cash!

All this at an AD store!!!! They are few and far between. Good luck to all. Reps coming for many contributors. Smilie

Oh and over 250 Mbps down from my home location. The same as my S20fe sprint phone using the TNX sim from t mobile.... 5G baby! Applause

know exactly what u r paying for before u leave store.
some times they say insurance is required.
this is generally a lie. refuse insurance.
i like to pay with cash.
if the cost is more than $120 (for 4 phones ..or $40 for 1 phone) , i want to know why.

I tried calling this number but it looks like this is a general Metro number that goes to automated system with many options to choose from. Anybody know how to get to CS to check the port eligiability?

Listen to automated prompts for something along the lines of "want to speak to a live agent". If it asks you to say something as a response, just say "customer service" over and over. It's how I got thru the automation and got a live person on the line.
