I went to the same corporate store and got 2 N10 and 2 N100 for $100. The guy tried to lie to me that I need pay $120 and set up auto pay to get the $100/4 lines deal and I said that was not correct. The guy just said "ohh, you know everything and you are like a boss" and proceeded with $100 cash.
I ported 2 numbers.

Funny thing: my friend went to the same exact store and the store not only said $120 with auto pay is required and that my friend could only get 2 N10 and 2 samsung A21, not 2 N100. My friend left with empty hands.
These stores are like shit.

Great deal... I ended up being charged $140 though. There's no sign of unwanted addons on the receipt, so I'm wondering why my price is lower than everyone else's. Did anyone else get charged $140?

I was hoping for $100 but expecting $120. I don't really mind the extra $20 I'm just wondering how it got there. They told me the lower priced deal was for if you signed up for auto pay, I did that in hopes of getting $100 but instead got $20 higher.
So they wanted to charge my husband $140 also. Can you tell from your receipt if any of it was for activation fee? This was at corporate and even after trying various things, they said they couldn't get it lower. Just thinking maybe the activation fee was added on and would have come off after porting the two numbers. TIA

So I went to a corporate store last night and was denied. They checked my driver's license and the rep said he had to go to speak to his manager in the back. He finally said he couldn't offer me the deal because there is an issue with the port in number and my info from the DL. I said can you tell me what the issue is and he kept repeating that his computer was not letting him put the deal in and he is not sure as to why. So I left.

Today I went to a different store and the rep was friendlier. He took my DL and had me write the port in numbers on a piece of paper. As he was checking, I could see him talking to his coworker (or manager, not sure). She asks me if I tried getting this deal in another metro store recently. I was honest and said yes I tried yesterday at one of your stores and that rep couldn't give me an explanation as to why I was declined. Therefore I came to this store to try again in hopes it would work or at least perhaps, I could get an explanation as to why not. The coworker/possible manager says, no worries let me see what I can do and proceeded to tell the rep what to enter into their computer to finalize the deal. Walked out with 2 N10s and 2 N100s, 120.00 cash, no tax. The rep stated for the 4/100 deal, I would have to set up autopay but if I took the 4/120 deal, I could just pay cash, no tax.

TLDR; employee brought out 4 N100, but did not go through computer. 12 for 2 x port number. 120 cash for 2 x N10 and 2 x N100; no autopay; no ID check. No tax. No activation fee.

Detail; was able to replicate deal. Corporate stores only. Called three stores and finally had one with N10 in stock. The two that didn't told me they will have a shipment in the next day or two but I don't want to wait. Purchased two boost port number from eBay for six dollars each. Drove to store, stated I want to start four lines for 25 each so not too obvious. Employee female told me I could get four free phones and she brought up four N10. Got my hopes up but once she logged them in the computer told me I can only get two free N10 via port number. extra will cost 70 dollar each. Asked for two N100 instead. Employee asked for port number, account and pin. Also name and address, I gave my real info but she did not ask for ID so I'm assuming you can give a fake one no problem. Then employee tells me to pay 120 upfront, with autopay and the next month will be 100 per month. Declined autopay, employee states I can pay 120 upfront and not on autopay. It's 120 either way of course I went with no autopay. Paid cash, employee activated all four phones and I'm on my way.

Really appreciate a like if you found my comment useful. Cheers and good luck!

Worst experience in omaha I see all stores are authorized and all are owned by same guy

I need phones for sure so I went to authorize store this is how it started

I am with ATT and visible as soon I gave ATT number the other guy in the store was telling to eBay number I am little serious on it so I told show me how you know and I am using this number from 7 months (then he is silent)

They forced me to take $120/4 plan I tried my best they forced me and they added insurance without asking me and Ended up with $144 for 2 lines then I told why should I pay insurance which I don't need he told I will get credit next month $14. I spoke to CS they have no control on the taxes and these is not credit also simply the lied to me .. little uncomfortable that I can't deal how OP suggests

But not other options in omaha to get Frown

Any suggestions
That's why I hate going to their stores. I got scammed last time too. The guy told me that I would get those cheap ear phones for free if I buy the phones from him. I did and went home and check the receipt. The earphones were not free and it was $14 a piece. I got two and threw it in the trash. I will never go back to that place.

$70 is the price for new lines. It should be free on port-in lines. It means the store didn't even try to do the port-in promotion for you.

lol. Yes. You are correct. Because of you only, I postponed my store visit and got the N100 instead of Moto G Stylus. Thanks a lot. I understood wrongly and meant lxtng referred the post where I mentioned like oneplus web page was removed and next post he replied that he started new thread.

As expected I can't rep you and it is saying spread the rep :-(.

lxtng - Repped. Thanks for your thread and continuous support on this thread.

I know. Don't understand why. He even took my last 4 SSN. Said some BS about my name and phone number not eligible for port-in deal.
I bought 2 Boost from eBay. Maybe the problem came from the phone number?

Noooooo. Metro is prepaid and SSN is not required. Lot of new usecases recently.

Hey Desi, Tux.... I decided to jump in even though I did the stylus deal 4 months ago.

Asked and received the 4/100. 2 N10 and 2 N100. Unbelievably easy. And yes she did check my ID. Ported in 2 cricket numbers. Asked about and declined the insurance. No pressure. She opened all phones to set them up. Took about 40 minutes. Cold hard cash!

All this at an AD store!!!! They are few and far between. Good luck to all. Reps coming for many contributors.

Oh and over 250 Mbps down from my home location. The same as my S20fe sprint phone using the TNX sim from t mobile.... 5G baby!
Couldn't be better.
