Can I port in a landline? I called 2 CS, one said yes, the other said no.
Definitely not. Must be an AT&T or Verizon Wireless owned number, operated by them or one of their MVNOs.

Just for clarification, are you saying that both the ID starting with 89012 AND X3 are t-mobile? Or one designation is for t-mobile and the other is for another carrier?
Those should both be t-mobile.

v1 = Verizon
x1 = Old t-mobile
x3 = New t-mobile

Comcast does not own their own numbers. I believe they are Verizon.

Tried to get this deal yesterday but failed multiple times.

1st AD
Me: I want to avail the 4 for $100 promo
AD: What phone do you want?
Me: N10 x2 , 1 N100, 1 Stylo6
AD: Checked her computer then said. price is $196.
Me: Promo said $100 for 4 phones.
AD: You have to pay activation fee.
Me: Ad states No Activation fee.
AD: Ok...
AD: Our computer is not working. You have to go to another branch.

2nd AD ( 1 N10, 2 N100, 1 Stylo6)

AD: Price is $165.
Me: Promo said $100 for 4 phones.
AD: You have to pay activation fee.
Me: Ad states No Activation fee.
AD: No activation fee for 2 lines porting in. But need to pay for the other 2 new lines.
Me: Ok.
AD: Let me call "Him" to check if it is okay to give for 4 free phones.

After a minute or so.
AD: The phones are not coming in tonight. We dont' have the Nord and Stylo6. Sorry.
Me: Huh? Then left the store.

3rd AD:
Me: I want to avail the 4 for $100 promo.
AD: We don't have that promo.
Me: Huh? I pointed to the ad banner outside the store.
AD: The promo does not load in my computer. You have to go to a different store.

4th attempt. CS

Took my numbers, went to the back of the store and called someone. Then after a few minutes told me that I don't qualify since my numbers are only 11 days old.

Got the deal in Portland OR at AD -- 2 N10s and A21s. But they were not volunteering the offer. I came with paper (PAPER!) printouts of the offers.
That said, the guy said he "had" to add the handset protection (a lie... and customer service credited me on next month's bill -- which I won't pay anyway), but $124 out the door was acceptable.
Considering these retail jockeys make most of their commission on add-ons, I wasn't going to fight over it in the store.

Here's one DP from my end:
Summary: successful port-in of 1 line, got a N10 with out-of-the-door price of $70
Number to port from: Freedompop (on ATT network)
Location: Seattle area
CS or AD: AD, no CS in the state
Plan cost: $40
Taxes: $30, all ADs I called asked for taxes, didn't spend time arguing
Was that an old FP legacy account or the new FP? If yes can you provide any insight to obtaining the account number and pin? Did you need to request it? Thanks.

Nice! So no sales tax? Can you post the breakdown on the purchase price? Would be very much appreciated
