Weird, I received the same message this morning that I received the 17th when I ordered:

"Thanks for using your American Express® Card to use your WineInsiders.com offer. If your purchase meets the offer terms, you will have successfully redeemed the offer and you'll see a credit of $25.00 on your statement."(wine is to be delivered today) though my credit has been showing for a few days already.

For anyone still following this thread, I just checked my Amex app and the $25 was credited to me.
Haven't gotten to try any of the wine yet but got a FedEx text that it's being delivered today.
