Bought this last night at Kohl's and noticed the price is down to $159.99. With the FAVORITE30 code you get 30% off, new price is now $111.99 + $20 Kohls cash.

This is not quite Black Friday prices but beats the last FP deal by roughly $15.

Nice flex...I have $2,500 convection double oven I got on closeout.

It doesn't come close to making fries as good as my $80 ninja basket air fryer. (I don't like these tray style ones).

Maybe you should've tried it, ummm, I don't know once...before regifting it, and suggesting a class action lawsuit (which from your story, you wouldn't even qualify for 😂).

I'm waiting for the class action on these. Using the term "fryer" is very misleading. Nothing about this "fries" at all. It's simply a small convection oven. People who are buying these that also have convection ovens are being very misled.

I have a double oven, both convection, and when gifted one of these I had to explain why I did not need/want one of these as I regifted it. Mind was blown.
It's obvious that you don't know the diff between an air fryer and a convection oven.

And using a large oven that takes way longer to heat.

I got a Foodi on a reviewer program.

It does perfect air frying, you can open the lid and mess with the food while cooking, it's awesome. I cleaned it after about 10 times, very low maintenance.
I haven't used it for pressure cooking, but that's a pretty basic thing, so I assume it does fine.

Can you please tell me which reviewer program it was? & any other programs like it that are decent that you might know of that ACTUALLY give you products (&/or rewards) for review?
As I'm signed up for a few (like influenster, pink panel & who knows what others ones ), but never really got anything (esp not like THIS) to review...if anything, only have gotten tiny perfume samples from influenster..

What don't you like about the tray type? I am leaning towards the tray type vs basket, but I have no experience with either.

At this rate, these are soon going to be indistinguishable from a regular oven.
The term is already really muddied. There are the small air fryers great for small portions, the medium air fryers that are like convection toaster ovens, and now even full sized ovens with air fryer settings. I'm not sure if the full sized ovens just have really fast convection fans or what but it's a bit confusing if you need to look up cook times.

I have a small bucket style air fryer and a medium toaster oven style and I use the small one a lot because it's almost like a oven/microwave hybrid since it heats up so fast.

The benefit in these is the small size. I also have a convection oven but it takes a good 10-15 minutes to warm up to 400f and the fan is about the same size as the fan in one of these air fryers. So the air fryer warms up faster and circulates more air. You also don't heat up the whole house using it. I get your point and that was my view in the past until we got one of these at work. The thing is awesome. It's almost as convenient as using a microwave because it heats up so fast.

Hopefully some of these do a good job. The standard drum style are almost unusable in real life, cooking such small quantities of food that they're kind of a joke (because to effectively 'air fry' the food, it has to have space in between the pieces, you can't just pile it all in there), and yes, even the big ones. Anything more than one small batch of something that generally takes 20-25 minutes apart....

Yes, it does a good job of air frying and pressure cooking - the issue is, even the large on can only air fry a relatively small amount of food at a time effectively versus this product that can do much more at once.

Lol my sister in law was the same lol. "It's just a rebranded toaster oven". First time she tried fries out of my $30 air fryer she ordered one for herself online and donated her toaster oven.

I do like this deal tho! Having racks and a basket would be nice

I have one of these for about 8 months now and I absolutely love it. I wanted a rotating drum so I bought one from go wise. It fit perfectly in the rotisserie and now spins my fries for me. Only was 12$ I believe.

if you want the worst tasting food go for an air fryer. i don't care what anyone says, air fryers sucks outside of crisping starches and some veggies. if you try to serve cooked meat to me from these things i wouldn't even feed it to your dog.

I have an air fryer from GoWise on last year deal similar to this but has rotating basket as well.
If you're grilling Salisbury steak kind or burger patty, it's very similar to grill with gas outdoor grill.
I never tried to grill a raw beef steak with it yet.
For potato fries, I used the rotating basket. It comes out evenly air fried better than just using the flat tray.
The result for potato fries is different than being fried in oil. It makes the outer skin dry like a fried Chinese spring roll if you know what I mean.
