Lowes has the 32 gallon grey Rubbermaid Brute round trash cans on sale for $9.97, also the 44 gallon variant. They also have 32 gallon Blue Hawk cans on sale for $4.11. Attached is my receipt from a Framingham, MA Lowes.
The Blue Hawk ones are destined to be leaf trash cans; if they last three seasons they'll have paid for themselves as compared to paper leaf bags. Time will tell. The Brute's are perfect size for trash cans in the shop and in the basement. These should last a few decades.
