That is on the questions and answers. Granted it is an I7 processor.
Now for anyone looking for a BASIC nettop that includes hard drive (can add a micro SD), memory and OS.Basic Nettop search Amazon for this:
Mini PC AWOW Mini Desktop Computer Windows 10 Intel Celeron J4115 with 8GB DDR4/ NVMe M.2 128GB SSD with Triple Display 4K@60Hz,Extended SSD 2TB(not Include), WiFi,HDMI2,USB4,BT5.0,Gigabit Ethernet
$ 229 - 20 buck coupon = $ 209 plus tax free shipping.
Granted it is a Celeron quad core processor but for basic web surfing, video playing and documents it is fine for parents. Just make sure your monitor has a VESA mount in back to mount the box. I only have 1080p monitor and TV but I have to say using the filters on my FREE splash video player I can adjust the filters with no lag on 1080P.

Yes, but in the title there is no mention of 64 GB of RAM included and in the features & details it says 'dual so-dimm ddr4 supports up to 2666mhz, 64gb' so you know how much RAM you can add.
That is just a specification requirement for the amount of memory for items in the computers section. All of the listing are required to have a memory specification so you know how much can be added. Nowhere does it says the RAM is included and the listing makes it clear it's a barebones's PC. As if that was not sufficiently clear, good luck finding a brand new 10th Gen i7 PC with 64 GB RAM for $500.
Common sense says the statement "RAM 64 GB" is referring to installed, not max. This is how most other PC listings work. Potential customers should not be expected to assume that is only the max amount supported and explicitly look for the word "installed" or "included" to determine how much RAM is actually installed if they were to find the term "RAM 64 GB".
I agree that finding a new PC with 64 GB of RAM for only $500 is unlikely, hence why I went digging in the first place. The result of that digging was my first comment on this thread, so I could share with others what I learned.

"Question: Does this have an os installed? how many mb of ram does this unit have?
Answer1: It doesn't come with memory, hard drive, and OS. You will have to buy the memory module, the hard drive, and the OS separately and install it yourself
Answer 2: This is sold bare bones so would need to purchase ram, ssd, and os separately."
Mini comes with an OS, RAM, and hard drive. It also has thunderbolt ports.
