We bought a Buzz Rack instead and were much happier.
But if you only have 2-3 bikes and they aren't oddly shaped Townie's, I think it's a good deal.
Really the only two challenges with this are it is hard to get all 5 bikes on there at once because they are so close together, and it can be awkward to get bikes with non-standard frame styles to attach. For a couple of our bikes we had to get some adjustable "top tube" bars like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0817M1S8Y.
Overall we have been very satisfied with this rack. Our non-sale price 7 years ago was still like $15 more than this price, so this is a pretty good deal.
