The "pressure drop" measure gives an idea for how hard it is to breathe. However, he admits that his pressure drop measurement is not super accurate.
The Blue mask on sale here does quite well - good filtration and relatively low pressure drop. Not as good as a genuine 3M N95, but reasonably close.
