Though it seems like it has been hovering at this price for the recent history. Also, pancake mix is pretty cheap and can store for a while, not sure why one would need Augason farms version that you still have to good. This doesn't appear to be the usual freeze dried food mix you just add water to, still have to cook on a stove. For prepping probably can be fine with regular off the shelf mix.
