Also, this can is HUGE. Quality + shelf life + low price = solid buy.
Be aware that though that this is one of those products on amzn that basically bounces back and forth between two price points. It's $20 for a while, then it's $7, then it's $20. It has gone below this price but rarely.

Use baking POwder
or take 1 1/4 milk and add tablespoon of vinegar, stir, let sit for 10 min. Then use 3/4 baking SOda
I keep doing the soured milk version and like the taste.
I like to scatter way too many blueberries in the pan, then arrange them and poor pancake batter over.
So good. Remember to mix while milk is warm.
Adapt to any recipe. Try once. Dare you. It's like 5-6 ingredients
