buy an extra stick of 2666mhz 8gb ddr4 stick and youtube it. its easy as pie.

this is a great buy. the card alone is $220 on best buy right now about to sell out, the cpu is $150+, 512gb nvme is 50+, & windows is $15+ (just for a key from a 3rd party).

It really depends if this pc can satisfy what you need. 1650 is really an entry level card. But you can't really wait for xps if you care about those $100. And with 12 days I think you are already close to missing it. Remember they don't charge you until it ships and the credit does not post until they charge. And dell is having considerable delays in shipping. Some members here are waiting for weeks. I placed an xps order last week and still waiting. Good luck with whatever you do.

FYI - I was able to place the order for the XPS desktop (with the 1660) just now for $590. The coupon code works. I've been testing the coupon multiple times these past couple of days and it FINALLY worked right now, 630am ish CST.

Congrats, that's a much better deal with that graphics card and build quality of XPS line. You can always add storage with a desktop, it's not like a laptop with limited interior space.
