Buying a laptop that might not come with factory warranty - that's foolish.
1100 dollars for a laptop with a 3060 is the best move imo. The desktop variant (which will be a bit faster) has a MSRP of 300 dollars now, but with tariffs its going to be 400+ easily. That's assuming you can even get your hands on one.
For 1100, you get an entire computer. Also folks who wants a gaming laptop are in a completely different market than those who want a desktop.
I've never had issues with pre-ordering from BB before.

I see no banner ad or anything indicating these deals are 20% off. When I click on the actual items, I'm not seeing any indication these are Warehouse Deals either.
I've had my first bad experience with an Amazon Warehouse product.
It was a Used Acceptable Cyberpunk 2077 PS4 copy.
The case was completely destroyed, it looked like it had been through the shredder.
The disc holder inside had a busted hinge so it couldn't re-attach.
I'd say 90% of the time you get a product that is practically new.
Not something I expected from paying $10 less than new.
Of course Amazon let me return it no issue but I hope it is the exception not the rule.
I've had some of those. Funny enough, I usually come right back and buy more from them. I will almost always buy a warehouse deal if it's available. One thing I've found, acceptable can be iffy. Set your expectations low if it isn't very good or like new.
Some of my experiences.
Once it was a set of brakes for my car. Someone returned their old, worn-out pads and Amazon sold them to me. Different brand too...
Once it was a used wiper blade. Someone sent back their old one. Amazon sold it to me. Didn't even look the same and was worn out.
Another time I ordered a door threshold. It came already cut. That one I understood. The cut was very clean so it probably looked factory.
I got a camera case once. Someone had cut the dividers out...
I've also had a few where I order X# of an item and get less than that.
I paid that for the same one from Walmart brand new a couple months ago. Decent deal. My fear would be missing hardware to assemble on a warehouse deal.
Total PITA to get 80% done then you can't finish assembling. Then what? Disassemble to return? Ugh.
I can't seem to figure out how to find something on sale other than what other people have found. Are people just adding random things to the cart and then starting the checkout to see if a discount applies?

If you are on desktop then click the main link here. You will see the search bar above showing searching in "Amazone Warehouse Sale". Just search for item within that and you should be good.

Yeah my search bar only searches for items from Amazon warehouse but no item gives an additional discount.

That being said, we all do it, but incognito. It's like riding scooters. Everyone likes doing it but nobody should admit it.

Just bought two used toilet seats. Wish me luck!
