I have a Taylor scale that used to have an app in the app stores, bought via SD years ago. The app no longer connect to the server for any logins. Called CS and they just said to use the scale as a regular scale. These scales on sale aren't smart scales but just want you to know Taylor does not stand behind their products.
I agree with the comment that they do NOT stand behind their product. Bought the Smart Scale, and the app was average at best...then they just disconnected the app completely so it stopped working after the update. Without warning, the scale was bricked. Waste of money.
These are junk. Avoid

Yup same here. The scale doesn't even try to connect.

Also got this on back on a Slickdeal a few years ago. Smartness barely worked if ever. It does do all the readings and supports multiple users. But it's not going to track anything for you. I finally got a Wyze and am very happy with it but about double the price on a deal.

As accurate as pinching w/ two fingers, giving a sense of general direction where it's heading over time.

Just curious what's the point of having "smart scale"? Isn't regular scale is good enough to weigh or am I missing something ? this is the only "smart" item I don't follow up on cuz I don't find it useful. 😂

How long do batteries last? My current scale eats through 2032's. Don't care about features.

I paid double of this to get wyze. It sync data with Apple Health & Fitbit, looks great. The connivence, if you would like to keep a history over the years, is definitely work extra $10.
