My favorite site for this kind of info is Notebookcheck. What you can do is search the processor that is inside of your phone (or the phone you want to buy) and then it shows a collection of benchmarks for that processor, and that will include your phone, or the phone you want to buy. It can get kinda tricky if you are looking at older phones because after a while the benchmarks get updated to newer versions and you will not be able to compare across generations, but still it's better than nothing.

For example the Galaxy S9 has the Snapdragon 845, here is the Notebookcheck page for that processor. https://www.notebookcheck.net/Qua...446.0.html

And the newest processor that Notebookcheck has is the Snapdragon 865, here is that one https://www.notebookcheck.net/Qua...194.0.html

Here is the Snapdragon 690 in the Nord N10 https://www.notebookcheck.net/Qua...783.0.html

The Snapdragon 690 inside this phone is roughly the same performance as your Galaxy S9, but the Snapdragon 690 has a slower GPU, roughly half the speed as your S9

Maybe it's not as much of a concern at this price point, but OnePlus has gone on the record that this phone will never be updated beyond 2020's Android 11 (it ships with 2019's Android 10) and that all support (even bug fixes) will be dropped after 2022. Just a heads-up.

I've had this phone for 5 days now. I had a One Plus 6 before I got this. It does have pretty low specs which makes sense for a budget phone but it still gets the job done. I can game just fine and iPhone users don't complain about how blurry my pictures are anymore. There was a better deal in my opinion earlier this month where you could get it 10% off with a free pair of one plus buds which I'm loving so far. Basically one plus version of air pods.

My V30 is acting funny and this is tempting. Worthy swap or nah?

How can i disable 5G?
Quote from ryotarumi :
It is in the network settings, just choose the second option here in settings...wifi&network-sim&network-preferred network type Edit: I attached a pic, but it seems it doesn't show on mobile browser
ryotarumi and more SlickDealers were cool enough to answer my question; thank y'all! Quote should show above. Smilie

Yup. About to return mine. Only micro sd + nano sim
Some checked on XDA that, there are no physical contacts in the sim slot for 2nd sim, US version is different from the UK/global version which is dual-sim.

5g phone for $250? How is this possible?

This phone should get more attention because I haven't seen any other 5G phones in this price range. Hope this continues

Only 5G is what I may need beyond oneplus 6t

Just FYI, as someone else was kind enough to point out in the last n10 thread, this phone only has 5g for tmobile networks. Here's [hothardware.com] the article they linked if you're interested in the details. If you're on Verizon or AT&T networks, then you're SOL. Also looks like it's missing bands 29 and 30 for AT&T. Not too sure how much of a big deal that would be. Might effect you if you have low signal, but can't find a definite answer on that. Still not a bad deal for a 4G phone given it's specs (decent camera, battery, enough RAM, etc).

802.11ax is not listed in the specs but this deal says it supports it, which is it?

I don't understand why this phone only supports 5g in the USA for T-Mobile, maybe that's why it went on sale so soon. It's not a big deal for me because 5g where I live is spotty but this information should be more prominent on the oneplus website listing. I used my 10% off code and after tax and it came to $240 which I think is a good deal for the specs.

I have the phone, but 5G doesn't feel like it even makes a difference for me. My speeds with 5G and LTE are the same. I just ended up disabling 5G, since it eats up more battery.

Surprise10 says this now: Oops, maximum redemption limit of this offer reached.
I kept getting this error, after trying again on another device(my laptop) it went through. Could have just been luck?

Ummm lowband 5G is mostly low latency, with slightly higher LTE speeds. Mmwave is real 5G but with poor range. Midband 5G is faster though not widespread either.

Lowband 5G has amazing range, however it's not worth the energy penalty. 5G in it's current state is crap. That's why I stick with LTE

Thank you for taking the time to explain this to a technologically challenged person like me. I looked at the new SE but I the screen is too small for me. Performance, battery life and a bigger screen are all important so I think I may pull the trigger on this! repped
I use both Android and iOS.

I think you will like this phone much better than the iPhone 6s. OnePlus makes a blazing fast OS that works great.

I also had a 256GB iPhone SE 2nd gen from a Visible deal...ended up selling it due to terrible battery life. Small screen, tiny battery, does not make for a good combination.

Enjoy this phone.

That was the smartest thing you can do stay with 4g lte much healthier than the 5g 60ghz mictowave frequency.
One thing to say 5G is useless right now. Another to spread stupid uneducated 5G lies.

I'm getting 5g with visible (Verizon) on it right now. Had to change it to NR/LTE/TDSCDMA/CDMA/GSM/WCDMA in the network settings menu. *#*#4636#*#* Unfortunately it resets to 4g if I restart.
