The Golden Collection has about 360 cartoons on DVD (not Blu-Ray). (Wikipedia article [wikipedia.org].)
It goes for $80 to $90 total on Amazon. A few reviews report counterfeits.

For reference [wikipedia.org], there were 1,002 animated theatrical shorts released under the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies banners from the 1930s through the 1960s. So these sets are all far from complete.

Yea they're OOP. But they released volume 1 of tom and Jerry again after being OOP so there's hope to get vol 1/2 of looney tunes.
I got Vol 1 and 2 from Amazon Germany for a very reasonable rate a year or so ago. The packaging is in german but all the toons have original audio. Might be worth a look if anyone is still looking.

They don't. Even if you get the golden and platinum collection you would still have only half of looney tunes.
