The BTR3 is heavier than this DAC and the battery life is questionable.
Plus it's $69 alone with no earbuds. This deal essentially gives you the earbuds for free.
If you don't like clipping it to your shirt, just buy an extension cable and shove it in your pocket.
I don't use the mic that much
My favorite uses for these are:
1) Sleeping. They are comfortable for me and I can rest my head on a pillow sideways and they don't dig into my ear.
2) I use these in virtual meetings where I am presenting, for use as a personal monitor.
I put the cord behind my head, clipped to my shirt/coat..
People can't see that i am wearing them (one ear).
They tell you how much battery is left when you turn them on.
def. recommend.
(fwiw I have QC 35 II, Airpods Pro, Beats, and some others. When just sitting at my desk listening to music it's the 35's)

Its hard to get anything better at this price range
And the earphone itself has just OK warm sounding with narrow imaging and the bass is there but muffled.
There are way better ChiFi options out there. I'd recommend get a Fiio BTR3 or Earstudio ES100. Bluetooth Dac Amp and connect a decent earphone to go wireless.
Oh and this MMCX connector won't fit with every MMCX earphones.
Just get the Shure true wireless secure fit adapter. But it is about $150 to $200. If you really wanna invest to go wireless.

Sound quality is pretty good. Earphones are durable, but the bt-2 cable would not charge after one year. It happened to me on two separate bt-2 cables. May be I shouldn't use it for running every other day. Just for the reference, I paid BT-2 cable alone for 150 last year.

These are definitely not meant for use while active, so I wouldn't fault them there.
Look into some true wireless buds from Anker or Samsung. Once you have them properly fit, they stay put.

You said the dac is heavy when clipped to your shirt. If that's an honest opinion, why are you suddenly forgetting what you wrote?
Here's an "honest opinion": You're a shill and this deal came at a bad time for one of your shill posts, so you're crapping on it.
Currently, this is the best deal of all Amazon sellers and Honey didn't detect any price changes in the last 30 days.
