I've Gone through several ergonomic evaluation since March 2020, and a standard 8hour work day desk should be 28" off the ground. Most sit stand desks can achieve 28". This one, however, has 30.2" at its lowest setting, which is not desirable.
Your elbows and legs should be as close to 90 degrees as possible. And your feet are supposed to be completely flat and touching the floor. I'm 6ft for reference.

Ergo is a big deal, don't overlook it!
Wouldn't that be specifically for you? Wouldn't other people have different proportions to achieve a 90 degree bend? Not trying to be a jerk just asking / pointing this out

Yes I'm 6ft with average looking arms and legs. Most people around 6ft would be similar arm and leg lengths. If you're shorter like 5'8" then 28" is too high, because it'd be even harder to achieve 90 degrees.

Gotcha. Guessing chair height and torso size will come into play as well. Good job pointing this out though. I appreciate the response.
