The company is, the saw isn't. I bought it and it lasted about 20 minutes. Now it won't even start.

It's called a pull on and on and on and on... for a reason.

You probably let the gas go stale and it gummed up the card. Easy fix if you take it to a commercial mower/saw repair shop.
Mine is about 10yo and gets used monthly on my acreage in the pines. Best budget saw ever.

Thanks, but I don't think so. New gas, new 2 cycle oil, new chainsaw. I think they just don't make them like they once did. I had one before this that was stolen from me. It lasted 5 years like a champ before it was taken.

Same here. Had same saw worked for 1 tree and then never worked again. Lots of BS about carberator adjustment… yada yada. I adjusted the carb. Got it running but never worked right. It's a pos. Kept it until I was so annoyed I threw it away.

Have a Poulan 18" for the last 3 years. Installed an Oregon chain that cuts quick. Not a heavy user but it is still running well. I do use ethanol free gas.

If you want this to last, use ethanol free gas. Otherwise the carb is going to get gummed up.

I know it's unpopular because of the price, but the premixed fuel they sell in the little cans will keep this going for a long time and may even fix issues you're having in an old saw - if you can get it started.
