Is this the same exact ingredients as the packets? I know the taco seasoning bulk package is mostly corn meal or some other kind of filler.

Too bad this is mostly salt. I love seasoning, but because of my heart usually have to roll my own seasonings with salt substitute.

I've been using these for years. It is loaded with salt you cannot put much on due to the high salt content. the first ingredient is salt and makes up the majority of the container. They do offer a low sodium one, but I'm not sure they sell it in this size I've only see it in the smaller sizes.

Yeah, this is super high salt content. Need to use sparingly
