Amazon has a pack of 8 AAA 1100mAh Ni-MH rechargeable batteries at $8.79. I haven't seen a price this low in a long time. Pack of 16 is slightly more than twice the price. Cost per battery is $1.10.
https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00HI...UTF8&psc=1 Now $9.99
Amazon also has a pack of 10 AAA color 1100mAh Ni-MH rechargeable batteries at $10.34. This is equal to $1.03 a battery. Another way to think about this is the additional two batteries will cost you $0.78 each. I do not think there is any difference between the color and non-color battery other than the color. Please correct me if I am wrong.

If you need more batteries, larger quantities remain the better deal. So this deal is best suited to people that need only a couple AAA batteries.

The 8 pack is $1.10 / battery. Not an amazing deal
AAA should be less than $1/each. And have EBL AA with 1100mA which IMO is about the same as my other brand with 900mA (yes, both are Ni-Cad to be fair).
If you want to get a little closer to $1.00 mark, you can get 10 for $1.03 each.

As said above, you can get 16 for .95 each.

Aka "AIBOCN INC"
Seems to have strong SD presence and is posted often.
per battery price seems warm at best, but somehow 10tu and "popular"
More info: If you have Ikea nearby, Ikea's AAA are priced right for not having to wait for AAA deals and perform really well too.

I've had several AmazonBasics AAA and AA batteries that no longer register as taking as full charge. I've mostly bought EBL for the past several years, and they're all still going strong. Higher capacity, hold charge well, reliable, tend to be cheaper than Eneloop.
