PS - I also bought the MX 2S mouse for $60 slick deal from Lenovo.com since it's very similar to this newer MX 3, thinking the savings would be worth it -- Nope, returned 2S.

I just wish the mouse clicks weren't so loud. Keep that in mind if loud mouse clicks really bother you.
But I'm otherwise quite satisfied with the mouse. Sure, the price is steep but if you're using it every day it's worth it to me.
Looks like they addressed the poorly placed buttons with the 3. I'd say based on that, if I was looking for a new mouse I would buy the 3. But it's not enough to upgrade 2s to 3
Keep in mind, this mouse is a bit heavy and I noticed a smidge of a delay in initiating movement in shooter games
the logitech mx keys keyboard is amazing as well. huge fan for of it for software development.
