Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, it's a huge bank in Spain and lots of Latin America. However apparently the USA division is 100% independent and runs their own accounts. As pointed out above PNC purchased this USA division and will fold it in (BBVA will still exist globally)

Beware BBVA!!! I had an account with them and it was nothing but trouble. They have horrible customer service. If you open an account with them....watch them like a hawk.

I have a bank account called Simple which is run by BBVA. The tax forms for the bonus I got say BBVA. I wonder if this disqualifies me.

I did the citi $700 for $50k and it is more like 6 months. The language is misleading. The 90 days starts after the 60 days is over. It reads like the 60 and 90 overlap, but they don't.

Just set up to have a $500.00 direct deposited into the account. I would think it would be easy to do you the majority of HR internal sites. Once setup, have the funds auto transfer to your bank you normally do business with.
