I have 805 fico and they decline my Application for Venture credit card and wasted 1 credit check. I won't be applying any Capital one credit card anytime soon.

No, regardless of who closes it, your base credit limit decreases ( the denominator) which would increase your total credit utilization percentage, producing a lower overall credit score due to increased credit risk from the perspective of a potential creditor.

There is a lot more than just FICO that we consider when approving a card, assigning a limit or giving line increaases

Capital one gives worst credit line. They gave me $1000 on my 800+ fico score. Each of my other cards are 10k+ I have over 70k credit and capital one gave me $1000!
