Just received the similar mail yesterday. I was about to throw it as I get too many such mails but then I saw a $300 bonus. I am tempted to apply but not sure if I will get approved. My score is 825 but I just got WF Autograph 2 months back and have another 13 month old hard inquiry from a mortgage refinance.

Same for me, I ignored $200 and got $300 and I applied instantly. Annual fee $0 and 15 months 0% APR. Why not?
Mine got approved in high 680-90s. I guess they're tracking based on how many cards you hold. If more cards straight reject as you might be having better cards for daily spends
