Second hand TVs are really hard to sell. Not many people are into higher end TVs. You'll get a lot of people messaging you "I can get a 65 in for $300, sell me your 85 in for $500."
I will buy the TV alone when it's 2200.
Yeah seriously, sound quality is just as important as picture. If you're buying one of the highest end TVs on the market, you should do it justice and pair it with at least a 5.1 set up

As a point of reference, I bought this combo from Best buy 8/2020 for $3,749.99 (TV) + $1,349.98(Sound bar). That was a sale for a package deal for 5,099.97.
This deal above is $1,500 cheaper than I paid 6 months ago.
Only gripe is the sound bar, its wider than the base if the TV and the speakers have to be very small (2.1 inches tall) so that it fits under the LG TV. I still had to put a riser on my TV so that the sound bar didn't cut off the bottom half inch of the TV. Base could also be better at this price point...
Its a good setup if you lack space, or are in an apartment/town home/condo with shared walls.

How do you like the soundbar for Audio Atmos quality?
I have the 65" CX($1800) and this same sound bar($1200). Bought in November for $3K total. I would have gladly paid the extra $600 for this. This deal is insane!!!!
I have what was a pretty high end 65" C8000 plasma that's working great that I know wouldn't fetch even a few hundred bucks at this point so throwing it away of the 77" Oled makes it so difficult...
my oled sat in the box as I was still watching my Panny 65vt60 as the picture was still amazing. once i turned on the OLED, def a night and day difference, especially with brightness.
Honest question. Is the price of OLED really worth it over an LED TV?
Depends. If HD and 4K picture quality is a priority, you are putting it in a fairly dark room, and you value deep blacks, then the OLED is the way to go. I got the 77 cx for 2999 at Amazon a few weeks back. Replaced a 70" 4k LED Sony. I haven't looked back.
If you are using the stand, be prepared for a somewhat complicated install. The instructions say to put it face-down on a padded table to install the stand. What they don't tell you is how to pick it back up since you cannot lift up on the screen because it is so damn thin. I ended up having someone tip the table over slowly while I glided it to the floor and then we lifted it up and put it where it was going.
Also for those concerned about burn-in and use Roku, there is a channel called "Black Screen Saver". I know that the Roku screen saver kicks in after 5 min, but this is as easy as using the voice command, "black screen saver" and...done.

I have an LG OLED and love the picture quality... But any advice on how to get the brightness up? I've turned off the power saver and still... With darker movies and certain gaming, the picture seems so dark!?

It's decent, not the best out there. My biggest issue is the subwoofer cutting out. Very common problem, just a design defect. Wifi gets in the way of the signal.
Correct. However, my point was to note that anyone who takes advantage of this deal could use that price as a bottom line reference.
I'm thinking about jumping on this, and then trying to sell the sound bar on FBMP. eBay will be last resort.
I'm trying hard to fight temptation..I just bought 65" cx at Costco 2 weeks ago. My only fomo is 77"...here comes this deal (making 77" closer to 65" price). I already have sonos system so I have to sell lg soundbar on ebay + I have to return costco tv...so much work/hassle.
When does everyone think the 77' CX will finally be discounted further? I've been holding out thinking they would drop before Super Bowl weekend but they are all still sitting at $3,300 everywhere. When do the newly announced new models release?
Not sure if LG has made their soundbars better but I had the LG SK10Y (2018 model) with added rears and it was horrible! Poor Bass and really poor center channel.

How old are you? Vision gets darker with age but otherwise any OLED is blindingly bright for me on anything higher than 55 backlight, and that's in a bright room. I'll lower it white a bit when blackout shades are down.
If you're not old, try turning down the brightness on your other devices. Won't be long before your eyes adjust. Battery lasts a lot longer too.

Anyone would just be guessing. The best deal was within the last month for about $3k but no tax from some eBay seller. I don't think it will be below that unless we're taking about the new ones next BF.
