Their prices are inflated as is, MSRP or MSRP+, their promos exclude practically anything worthwhile, so after all is said and done you're getting more like 10-20% off fairly common items - most of which can be found better elsewhere.
Kohl's Cash is a joke as well, because it's only useful within a small set time-frame and again is only going to pay down items at or above MSRP.
Kohl's should never be considered a Slick Deal.

(1) Order your item thru the Kiosk at a Kohl's store (works, but most inconvenient).
(2) Order your item thru the Kohls app while on premises in a Kohl's store (works, but still incovenient)
(3) Download an app to fake your location, and point the location to your local Kohl's store. Then order via the Kohl's app. I personally use an android app called "Fake GPS" which works with no issue for me, but there are many apps out there for the same purpose (easiest option, can order from home at anytime).
