The bench is pretty solid for working out. It only has about 5 different positions for different angles also when you use it for benching or anything similar the leg attachment kinda gets in the way. Nothing too bad. I can't speak for the rack because I have a different one. This one looks like you might not want to put too much weight on it.

I have this bench. I does anybody else's rock up and down like a see-saw (about 1inch up and down each side) when there are weights loaded up on the front for curls?

how do you compare this bench to bowflex 5.1S or the Marcy one? also, would this be ok for lifting up to 300lbs?
