And knowing that you have to make a separate call to schedule - no one from Costco will otherwise contact you to make an installation appointment, you have to do that yourself. You can chat or call Costco directly in order to do that.
Finally, have a backup method of installation if all else fails, whether you hire a local company, are handy, or know someone who's handy. If you have to hire someone else they should comp you.
I would still do my deal again, but I wish I knew more of the game in order to play. Good luck all.
Good luck to you!

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank clhonu05
Edit: further research also shows the $850 model also includes an interior LED light. Might be worth the price difference...
YMMV and hopefully Costco has a better installation partner in other people's area.
The final visit they said they got it working. So I tried to use it. Sure enough, water sprayed everywhere. They never tested the hot water. I had had enough of that. I unhooked and rehooked up everything myself. At least they bought the supplies with them. Then I went straight to Lowe's with my receipt. He already knew that had blotched yet another install. He had been giving partial refunds all day for their crappy service.
They do a good job and are much easier to use. But that comes at a cost having to get them replaced sooner. But my mom's oven had a circuit board on it. It only cost me 70 bucks to get a new board. Took me a few hours to install it since I had to build a new wire harness but it worked like new after that. It makes me wonder if these things aren't actually that hard to work on.

In any case its 90 days.
I ended up doing a self-install because Lowes was useless, and HD was no better. I had installed a thin (7mm) vinyl plank floor over the original sheet vinyl so there was a slight lip in front of the dishwasher cavity. No one would do an installation with that lip because they said they didn't want to be liable for potentially damaging the floor. Very annoying.
That said, removing the old one was the hardest part, and the actual installation was a piece of cake. I had a local junk metal dealer come by and pick up the old dishwasher for free.
