As a practical matter, I don't see myself needing more than 25.

My parents have 100+ with Comcast, don't use it for anything more than checking AOL mail.
I go to their house to clean up the spyware they install by clicking on sh_t.
Can't send them e-mail on their flip phones, so it's AOL.
I had AOL back in the early 90s.
Dialup BBS before that.

Cox has a monopoly in our area so they are the only option. We pay $150 a month for 500mbs down, and unlimited data due to data caps and my wife and I working from home and doing non stop webex and zoom meetings/streaming and gaming we eat thru our data fast.
This is an amazing alternative once they get the latency and stability down. We'd recoup the costs in a year and then save money.
