The hammer without rotation feature made cleaning up some poorly formed concrete pads a breeze too. It is a mini jack-hammer with the right bits.
As far as "refurb", mine looked like new, but had one tiny blemish like it got grazed with a hot soldering iron in one little spot. That was it.
Got some SDS+ bits off Amazon and an SDS to standard chuck adapter. I'll be donating my old hammer drill to a friend in need.

That is not helpful at all... Refurbished means that it was broken and then fixed... that is so different than an open box or display model.... I'm blown away by the response and the trolls that say that it was helpful.
