It's live right now on Amazon for $925 so go take your screenshot. Make sure to get it timestamped, like maybe via printing to PDF. Also you might want to copy the screen when it is in your cart, one of the samsung reps asked me for that for some reason.

They price match it only once. Meaning if they refunded you once, then that's it no matter how low the new price is. If they haven't refunded, then you can get your PM adjusted. But make sure you use the same ticket/case to update the PM. Otherwise, they will process the first one and then 2nd request will get killed. This is from my experience in Dec.

How would it work with two separate tickets? I had both approved before any confirmation of any refund. However, just a few minutes ago I received an email confirming my $200 refund on the way.

You should confirm the ticket with an agent before or once your ships. If not, they might use the less one..

I just tried to price match again and they won't do it. Asked me to contact back again once the item is delivered. Gave me ticket number and asked me to save the screen shot of Amazon sale page.

Same here. They advised me to call them back with the ticket number once the item is delivered. I already received my $200 refund. So they means they will kill the second one then. Bummer.

They told me to contact them back with ticket number once my order ships and they will arrange to issue pm refund . How come you already received refund before your order ships?
