That doesn't sound right. You want them to follow one ticket with the correct amount. Anyway, good luck

They won't work on the 2nd ticket. That's what happened to me when Amazon was lowering prices every few minutes. Anyway, good luck and see what happens.

Has anyone here tried to get a price match and 10% discount (the one that usually gets offered if you try to cancel your order) on their order after its been shipped? I would think that you should be able to get both.

I hope it works, else I have a chat transcript and will have to dispute with credit card. During my second chat, I did clearly tell agent that my $200 was approved and gave him ticket number, so there is no confusion.

Agent: since the price match is not processed yet whenever you come back to us please give both the chat reference ids to the agent for full price match.
Me: So, chat again, give both IDs and they will refund me 375$, correct?
Agent: Yes.

During your 2nd chat, did you clearly say, your PM was approved for $200?
I called in. They saw PM and refund and then they decline the 2nd PM request. When you respond to the ticket email, the person who created the ticket gets the email and can change the amount. Creating another ticket won't help. This is if the refund hasn't processed yet.

you chat transcript mean nothing to them.. After the item "delivered" they will follow correct policy. Even you speak with supervisor... same. You want to cancel... your choice.

Those of you doing trade-ins with Samsung...be warned! In 2018 when there was no option for them to send you back your trade-in. I sent a phone in mint condition for trade in and after 4 months they emailed me about a charge back because they claim my phone was not in good condition to qualify for the trade-in credit

I had this exact same problem when trying to order from Samsung. I literally tried placing over 20 orders from them over a 4 month span, and got the same message no matter what form of payment I used. I couldn't get anywhere with Samsung customer support, through many hours of wasted time and effort. Finally a Samsung rep recommended that I just delete my Samsung account and create a new one. That seemed to have worked for placing new orders, but it created a slew of other problems that Samsung is unable to help with. All of my gift cards that I had linked to my Samsung Pay account were deleted and can't be recovered. My Samsung Financing is no longer linked to my Samsung account and had to apply for a new one. I had to re-add all my Smartthings devices to the Smartthings app. Literally EVERYHTING associated with Samsung got deleted!

Needless to say, Samsung Customer Support SUCKS!

I got $500 trade-in, $107.90 bundle discount, $250 production discount , and promo code "100SAMSUNGN20U" $100, so total discount $957.90..... I have to pay $449.99 plus tax. Is that good deal.....

I have the note 10 plus right now. I don't see a lot different between note10+ and note20ultra....
