I provided a screenahot of checkout with breakdown expanded and promo code applied showing the 949. Rep then asked for link to new price so I provided the link to phone that shows price at 1049 without trade in and provided the promo code that reduces it to 949.
He put me on a 2-3 minute wait while he reviewed with superiors and came back with the approval.

Some people get the ATT version specifically so they can get access to Wifi Calling on ATT. So its not really that odd.
Do not use a FedEx Drop Box when making a return. All packages must be dropped off at a FedEx Ship Center.

Otherwise, if the box got lost, you are screwed...eventhough FedEx can still see the box got scanned by the deliver person, but it is still getting a receipt.
