Gave them the chat number and 2 days later, the $100 refund came through as well. Again, many thanks to all the contributors of this thread!!!! I think I got the max deal possible (well, i hope they accept my trade in phone and give me the $200 on that, haha). Regardless, the extra $475 back already was NOT expected and that gives me room for error on the trade-in part

If your phone shipment is/was delayed and hasn't shipped yet, you can initiate a chat to say you want to cancel.
They'll first offer you a $50 store credit....you politely decline.
Then they'll offer you a 10% refund if you keep your order. Supposedly $100 is the max discount. I'm good w/ $100!
You then keep the chat transcript and get a reference number to chat again only after your phone ships out.

I already received $200 processed on the card where I got both emails and processed on the card in 2 days. Looks something changed.

Hopefully the 10% cashback hits on the original amount, so that'd be another $100 back...at worse $60 some back if they factor in the refund. So that's potentially down to $586.
I'm looking to sell 2 pairs of buds and hope to net around $300 for the pair, so down to $286. And looking to sell the watch....hopefully get $200 for that, so anticipating $86. If I get more for the sales above, could even come out better.
Regardless, for me $586 for phone, 3 pairs of buds and a watch....I am VERY happy w/ that!!!

I was able to collect the codes by opening multiple private windows in safari and having each page sit on the S21 Ultra page until a pop up showed a 5% code. I closed ones that didn't pop up a code and opened up another one. Price OTD is $190 with a S10e Trade in. I also opened up a chat to cancel and they credited $50 Samsung credit for both of my orders.
