Just for some context for people who are wondering why their subscription isn't showing up after it says redeemed: i've used the free t-mobile mlb.tv account for the past few years, and clicking on "manage subscriptions"on my macbook always just results in a blank page--but the service works just fine. It was like this last year for me, too. Go back and see if you can watch some earlier spring training games or older content, if you can, your account is working fine.

Note for all those asking to trade for a GC: if a T-Mobile subscription is caught logged in from a different carrier, your account with be suspended for the season. The way to get around this is to ONLY access it from a set-top box like Apple TV or PlayStation.
