Just for some context for people who are wondering why their subscription isn't showing up after it says redeemed: i've used the free t-mobile mlb.tv account for the past few years, and clicking on "manage subscriptions"on my macbook always just results in a blank page--but the service works just fine. It was like this last year for me, too. Go back and see if you can watch some earlier spring training games or older content, if you can, your account is working fine.

Can somebody tell if there is a way to redeem this on web? I tried to redeem it on iphone which opened the app then showed me in-app purchase that was successful. But mlb account don't show subscription.

Anyone else having issues getting this to work when using a friend's code?

Trying to link to same MLB account as last year. T-mobile says it was successful. MLB Account saying "You do not have an active subscription". Games do not playing on PC, roku, or tablet.

Did they finally get wise to this?

I got sent 2 codes via a link, when I click it it tells me to download the MLB app and only links to the apple store (I'm on Android) then click the next link to redeem the offer, but when I click it it opens the app and nothing happens. Anyone know how to fix?
