No, it's not. By repeating this stupid myth, you're doing a disservice to posters on SD.
Last year it was free after rebate, so OP is playing with the wording to intentionally mislead most. Kind of funny for OP to do that but I guess he/she has lots of time to play a joke on SDers or works for PENNZOIL to increase sales.
I am not playing with any wording. I created the OP, yes, but I am not responsible for the wording on the FP deal. It is outrageous for you to think I am intentionally misleading people or to perpetuate the idea that I am playing jokes or working for Pennzoil.

Kirkland is significantly above average, race applications and high HP should rely on shorter interval oil changes.
Are you personally convinced this oil is the best and going to make a difference or are you arguing to somehow convince people this deal is slick?
If you want to know if you are getting for your money in this oil I suggest you test oil samples from your own engine like the car nerds do, here's a cool resource.
