There is no reason to need 4k resolution on a 27" monitor to avoid blurry text. I'd double check that you're running at native resolution without any Windows (or other) scaling. Going 4k actually creates other issues in that most people will want to use scaling or run at non-native resolution to make the text and UI a reasonable size. A 27" at 1440p is higher pixel density than 1080p on a 23-24" monitor.

I would stay away. Price in last December was $277, went up in January and down to $198 now. Perfect timing since 30 days return period is over for Dec. buyers. You'd probably see another drop in June . That could be the right timing to buy or stay away on Dell products and choose Acer or LG.

Really? I know LGs are on sale right now too, but was turned off by a google search of their 1 year warranty.

For anyone wondering if 75 fps is good it is. I accidentally turned mine down to 60 and it seemed choppy. I'd prefer more frames of course but it looks smooth

The UHD is a nice bonus too. You can always experiment with overclocking

Freesync I've never had any luck using though
