I own both also and the reason you got so many thumbs down is because you're forgetting about what makes this Samsung so great.

120hz OLED screen with inky blacks.

It destroys the new iPad Air 2020 model screen. 60hz and annoying gray backlight bleed.

You have to go all the way up to an iPad pro to get a comparable screen.

Screens are important since you're staring at that thing 100% of the time.

I think the multi display feature should work even better than Dex if you already have a laptop - it's like a portable second screen.

Got the navy 256gb s7 and the 25w portable hd for $158 with s6 trade in. Had to pull the trigger may try the cancel trick for an extra 10% but I heard it was a no go. I hope the screen is as good as the oled s7+ like some reviews say.

Does anyone have this S7+ and the S6 (8GB RAM), that they might be able to tell me if the upgrade is worth it? I purchased the S6 on the SD listed a couple of weeks ago, but now I must decide if the S7+ is worth the ~$200 upgrade.

Understandably, "worth" is subjective. Yet, I would still like to know other's opinions.

When I select the S6 trade-in, it says the balance due is still ~$300, like it's reducing the discount. S6 trade-in amount is $450. Tablet w/o trade is $618, so I'm a little confused.

Did you do something special to get that out the door price?

EDIT: Nevermind. Sorry, just realized you got a non-plus S7.
